This module adopts the TI TPS61088 power chip solution, with stable performance, small ripples, with 10A switching current capabilities, the switching frequency is about 1MHz, the module provides two working modes of PWM and PFM, users can adjust itself (default PFM low power consumption model shipment), Elective high -quality (capacitors (adjustable versions) and large current inductances, the high -quality components used further improve the performance and stability of the module.

The PWM short pad on the end of the output terminal is PWM mode, disconnecting to the PFM mode, the default is PFM mode, and users can adjust themselves.For the voltage version, the default PFM mode can be adjusted to the PWM mode in the PNIM pads welding 0Q resistance or other methods.

1. The module is a boosting module. Therefore, the output voltage adjusted by the module needs to be larger than the input voltage. After testing, the recommended output voltage is more than 2V higher than the input voltage, otherwise it is prone to the output voltage higher than the set value.

2. The module MAX switch current is 10A, and users are required to use room for use within 9A.

3. The output current is determined by the input parameters. The input current must not exceed 9A, and the efficiency is 70%(room for room) to calculate. The formula is used to calculate the module output MAX current value: LOUT = vin*6.3/vout.

4. When the input voltage is too low, the output power cannot be fully exerted. It is particularly obvious when power supply below 3V. Pay attention when the user uses a high power output user.

1. Do not contact the bottom potentiometer pinker area with a small resistance value with a small resistance value. The contact value of the contact meeting is changed and the output voltage fluctuates a large fluctuation.

2. When a large current measurement voltage is measuring voltage, please use a shorter/thick wire for connection (line resistance will affect the measurement voltage), or directly measure the terminal, otherwise the voltage measurement will be inaccurate.

3. The non -module limit of the above parameters, but leave the parameters that have been indicated after there is a certain amount of room. When the module tests, the output power runs over 50W in the case of cooling the refrigeration film.The environment is particularly important.

4. Regarding the use of the EN port, the EN port is connected to VIN by default. To open the voltage mode, EN is connected to the GND to shut down mode. Users need to pay attention to the shutdown mode.The output voltage will be slightly lower than the input and can output current.

5. In order to prevent the client's hand touch the module circuit, the chip is destroyed due to electrostatic and other reasons, so you should try to avoid the module from touching the circuit near the chip with your hand when powering.
