IP2312 uses a complete CC/CV charging mode.

When the battery voltage is lower than 3V, enter the trickle charging mode and charge the battery with a 100mA charging current.
When the battery voltage is greater than 3V, enter the constant current charging mode to charge the battery with the set constant current charging current.
When the battery voltage is close to 4.2V and the charging current is less than 300mA, enter the constant voltage charging mode.After entering the constant voltage mode, it stops charging every 4 minutes and detects whether the battery voltage is higher than 4.15V: if it is higher than 4.15V, stop charging; otherwise, continue charging, and then test after 4 minutes.
When the battery is full, if the battery voltage is detected below 4.1V, it will be charged to the battery.
