The XL74610 Ideal diode module uses LM74610 special chip simulation ideal diode rectifier. 5. Precautions

1. Because the module design does not need to be designed together at the beginning, the diode cannot be added to the board, and the output capacitance is not damaged caused by instantaneous overvoltage. Therefore, when the user uses it, there may be instantaneous high -voltage pulse, or the use voltage is close to approaching the voltage.In the case of 35V, it is recommended to protect the module as shown in the screenshot below and the output capacitor.

The module empty or load current drops is about 0.3V. When the load current is greater than 10mA (12V voltage test), the voltage drop will decrease significantly and is related to the current size.

Since the module work does not need to be grounded, compared to the module that needs to be grounded, it has obvious advantages. It can be stringed into the circuit like a diode. The static working current is 0, but there is also a disadvantage.So it is not suitable for this module

a) The fluctuation of the output voltage is sensitive. When the module works, there is a certain time voltage drop above 0.3V, and generally will not exceed 0.7V.It is said that the work of about 100s will be greater than 0.3s, but the large voltage drop is within 40ms each time.

b) The working current is less than 10mA and is sensitive to voltage fluctuations (fluctuations that cannot accept voltage of about 0.4V, although the actual measurement is 0.3V)

c) For anti -inverted irrigation, there will be a small current pass, which means that when you connect the output port to the input power supply, the input port of the module can be measured, but the current that can passThe equipment can lower this voltage.

d) It is not suitable for equipment that works small currents such as single -chip microcomputers.

e) It cannot replace the continuity diode in the switch power supply, but it can be used to prevent inverted irrigation.
