Function introduction:
When the charging current is reduced to 200mA after reaching the final floating charging voltage, the charging will be automatically terminated.

When charging: blue light breathing light mode;
The battery is full: blue lights are always on;
Abnormal (unsolved battery, chip temperature, excessive input voltage): Blue light flashing
