Instructions for usage: (Taking 3.3V, 5V to each other as an example)

VCCA connect 3.3V power supply
VCCB connected 5V power supply
GND connects the negative pole, the two power supply together
AX input 3.3V TTL level, BX will output 5V TTL levels
BX input 5V TTL level, AX will output 3.3V TTL level
