- Processing time: this extends from the moment of payment to packaging. Since we carefully test every device and replace it at the manufacturer’s site in the event of any defects, this time it takes 1 to 3 working days. Individual accessories may also prolong the processing time as this must be ordered separately. Sundays and holidays are work-free days. During this time, your order will not be processed and the processing time will be extended by 1-2 working days. If the product is stocked and already tested, it will go directly to the packaging.
- Duration of packaging: the product is stored and tested, it is packed within 1-2 working days and picked up by the shipping service provider.
- Shipment time: the shipping time depends on the choice of the supplier. In case of express delivery by DHL, the shipment will be delivered to you within 4-7 working days.

DHL, ARAMEX, FEDEX... Since we work with a shipping service provider and it usually takes 1 - 2 days to send the tracking number, we ask for your patience. The tracking number allows you to track your package online at any time of the day or night.
